Welcome to the EastSide Performance, Inc. e-Bay sales department. We are a small home grown motorcycle shop in Mesa Arizona specializing in performance and restoration work on all makes and models of motorcycles. We have been in business since 1981 so rest assured that we are not a fly by night operation. 

Most of our parts we sell are used take off items or overstocks that we are blowing out. We do our best to accurately describe the items we sell. We try to take good pictures. If you are unclear about what you are buying, please ask before bidding. We will gladly take phone calls at 602-818-7612 about items and answer any intelligent questions.

Please note that a used part is exactly that...USED. It is not new. It if has a significant flaw we will try to describe it. Most people have found that our items are better than described (look at our feedback!!).

 OK, here are the rules. If you bid you are expected to pay. If you don't, we will send a non paying bidder complaint and give negative feedback so don't play if you can't pay. Most of our auctions are scheduled to end on Sunday evening. We are closed on Mondays so the earliest ship date will be on Tuesday. If your payment comes in early, you are the first in line to get your item shipped. If you drag your feet, it won't go out until at least the following work day after payment is received.

A word about shipping: We do not control freight prices. The price listed on the freight calculator is done through e-bay so don't bid and then ask for cheaper freight. We sell a lot of items and won't play games negotiating shipping charges. We send tracking numbers out to your e-mail that you provide. If you are wondering where your part is, track it first. Sometimes tracking e-mails go into your spam or junk mail file. Look there first please. If you can't find it we will send it again.

 We pack everything well. If a part is damaged, we submit the claim to the shipper. Payment is the responsibility of the shipper so in the rare event of a damaged or lost part, you will have to wait until UPS or The Post Office pays up.

Regarding returns: Unless the item is grossly misrepresented (this has not happen before) there are no refunds. In the event of a return, the freight will not be refunded I have no way to get it back. Please ask questions about the products first. In the event of a problem, please contact us immediately and we will do the best we can to resolve the issue. We gladly ship overseas. You must have a confirmed PayPal address. Payment must be by PayPal. Did I miss anything???
