New Old Stock box of six piston pins opened for the first time to take this picture.  Pins fit 1929-1936 Chevrolets.  They are .010 OS and measure 2 29/32" long, part number 0.636 362479.  Have the factory protective coating that has hardened over the years, so they may need to be soaked in gasoline or something to clean them if you don't want the coating.  More photos on request.

The Malaysian owners of Lotus have taken the unusual step of quashing rumours circulating of an impending sale of its British sports car division. Several newspaper articles have suggested that the new owners of Proton may divest its loss-making Lotus subsidiary. The ownership structure of Proton has changed in recent weeks, after the Khazanah Nasional Berhad sold its entire stake in Proton to DRB-Hicom.

Aston Martin flies the new Lagonda to Muscat with Oman Air Back in July, Aston Martin confirmed the revival of Lagonda with a short run of a Lagonda Super Saloon to be sold exclusively in the Middle East. At that time, all we had was a dark photo showing the new Lagona’s silhouette but now, as Aston start to test the new Lagonda, we get a proper photo (above and below). The photo of the new Lagonda shows its arrival in Muscat – courtesy of Oman Air – as the new Lagonda is flown out to Oman to begin its testing.

General Motors' small Cadillac will take aim at the BMW 3-series

The new Cadillac model that General Motors announced today will be aimed at the smaller models produced by BMW, Mercedes-Benz and other luxury brands. The rear-drive Cadillac is expected to be called the ATS and to arrive in showrooms in 2012 or early 2013, according to industry sources. “We will have a car positioned below the CTS in our lineup to compete with the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C class.,” said Nick Twork, a Cadillac spokesman, during a telephone interview.
