I found one more of these.  Don't miss out!!!!  Up tonight I have The beginning of a collection of NOS parts.  Here I have a New Old Stock N.O.R.S Low temperature thermostat for 1934-1939 Chrysler all, 1935-1939 Desoto, 1934-1939 Dodge, 1936-1940 Hupmobile, 1936-1939 Plymouth Deluxe. I have also been told these fit 1936 810 and 1937 812 Cord.  This opens at  around 155-160 degrees.   Very rough box,  Made in the USA when your car was nearly new.   As with all my parts,  if you feel it has an issue once you receive it,  please contact me to have it resolved.  I value my reputation and try to provide hard to find parts at great if not down right cheap prices to keep our old cars on the road. .  Remember you can't use cheap overseas reproduction parts and still call your car all original or a survivor.  Keeping NOS Affordable.  You can buy directly from me at sometimes down right cheap prices or buy from one of the many dealers I ship to weekly for a much higher price.  Remember the government is still printing Money but this hasn't been made in decades.  You won't find parts like this at your local wrecking yard if they even have any cars like yours left.  The Standard number is #8HT.   A nice finishing touch to your Authentic restoration.  These little parts really make your restoration stand out.  Remember always use genuine parts in your restoration.  Don't miss out!!

!>>Shipping Info.

All of my literature is securely Stretch wrapped to a cardboard backer (excluding large well used Shop manuals, still stretch wrapped just no backer) this is then placed in a custom rigid book mailer to insure it arrives in the same shape as shown in the photos.  The mailers aren't free (they cost around 2.00 or so each bought in bulk) and the weight of them adds to the shipping.  If you really want to save money,  buy multiple items and ask for a total before paying.  (do not pay then ask for a refund)

Can I ship cheaper?  Probably, but there is no guarantee you won't get a pile of shredded rain soaked paper machete or at the least a folded up brochure where it shouldn't be folded.

***Payment is expected in a reasonable amount of time.  Any items not paid for within 30 days of the auctions end, will be relisted and you will be SOL. *****

Always Buying NOS parts for any make!!!!!!

***Please read the not so fine, fine print Below***

Please be sure to check out my Ebay Store for more great vintage NOS parts for all makes!!

****************International bidders always welcome!!! !!!!!!!**********************

Please ask all questions before bidding.

Please remember this part is New!

Be sure to add me to your favorites. Thanks for looking.

***The fine Print  I have held off as long as possible but have finally found it necessary to add this little clause to my auctions.  I ship almost daily.  When I receive your pay pal payment I will reply to that email to let you know I received payment.  This email will also tell you when the item will be shipped.  It is usually the same day.  If you have some sort of spam blocker you may not receive this email. I'm not going to take the time to contact you in any other way to tell you it was sent if the email comes back.

I will gladly COMBINE SHIPPING!!!! on most items. For combined shipping, REQUEST A TOTAL!!!!! at the end of the last auction and I will get back to you in a day or so with a shipping total. Please do not pay until You have received the invoice.  That only complicates things.

When inquiring about a part please be sure to let me know what the part is and if possible the auction number if not inquiring through the ask seller a question link on that item. It makes things a whole lot easier.

I do not put insurance or delivery confirmation on most items. I ship over 3000 items a year.  The time alone to do this takes way too long.  I will add it if you request it though.

Insurance will only give you your money for the item back not the shipping.  Regardless of what you want put on the package if they loose it or deliver it to the wrong person it is gone.  There is nothing that will get it back.  The Post office is pretty good in general though and I have only a package or 2 get lost a year.

The more time I have to spend doing paperwork (filling out Forms, answering emails etc.) The less time I have to find and prepare all the neat rare parts I have been bringing you!!!

If your package doesn't arrive in a timely manner. 1 Check with your local post office.  They have on occassion had it but not delivered it to the customer for whatever reason.

2 Contact me and I will check when it was sent.

I will work with you in whatever way to help you find the part.  If it is lost I will take care of you.   Check my feedback.  It speaks for itself!!!!!!!

If you feel a part is wrong or you have some other concern about an item you purchased please contact me to help resolve the issue. I am very critical of my parts and try to honestly describe the true condition. I may miss something but not usually. I clean and detail all my parts so you see exactly what you are getting. It helps me see the flaws and pont them out to potential buyers.  There is nothing worse than getting an unpleasant surprise when you open that box.

Please bid with confidence in knowing I stand by my parts and descriptions.

Only leave feedback once the transaction has been completed and any concerns you have are addressed.

Has Chris Evans bought a McLaren F1?

Tue, 18 Sep 2012

The rumour on the grapevine this morning is that Radio 2 man and Ferrari nut, Chris Evans, has traded a Ferrari to buy a McLaren F1 Chris Evans is known for many things; Radio 2 presenter, doting dad, one-time enfant terrible of TV, creator of CarFest and, perhaps most of all, the most high-profile collector of classic Ferraris in the UK. But the word on the grapevine this morning is that Chris has chopped in a Ferrari – and we don’t know which of his Ferraris – to buy one of the 64 McLaren F1 supercars in existence. If he has, and we’re digging for confirmation, then he’s obviously been listening to the advice a number of experts at the top end of the classic car world who believe the ‘next’ Ferrari 250 GTO (a car Chris owns) will be the McLaren F1.

BMW Vision ConnectedDrive: BMW’s Automotive Information Future

Thu, 03 Mar 2011

BMW Vision ConnectedDrive at Geneva When the BMW Vision ConnectedDrive first crossed our path we did wonder if it would be a concept version of a small BMW Roadster, A sub Z4. A BMW Z2, perhaps. But it soon became clear that even if the BMW Vision ConnectedDrive did point towards a new BMW Roadster, is was far more about showing how BMW are trying to communicate an ever increasing amount of information to the driver.
