Use the Metal Frame to Mount Regular Mirrored Glass
for that
Authentic vintage replacement!

  • Measure 7 x 2-1/2"

  • Mirror Glass is in Very Good Condition - no chips or scratches
Has very minor "extra" silvered effects at bottom right edges which I assume is from moisture

  • Paint is a light green tinted gray

  • Paint is in very good condition with minor wear from years of setting on shop shelf
Most wear is limited to stem whish is more exposed to wear.

  • Includes installation tag

  • Box is fair with moisture staining as shown (7-1/4 x 3-1/4 x 2-1/4 inches)

Please read description and conditional notes above.  While this mirror is NIB and is in very good condition overall, it is not perfect (mostly just dirty) since it did bounce around the shop shelf for many years.  I do not want any dissatisfied customers.  Its a Good mirror, though the reflection is dark for my preference - thus glare proof.  The metal frame & backer are ding free and the paint fairly good and would polish up just fine.  I personally thing it would be best used as an authentic vintage replacement with a real silvered glass added, but that's just  my preference.

BMW, Daimler experiment with upscale rent-by-the-ride

Fri, 24 Dec 2010

Two European luxury brands are tiptoeing into car sharing, a radical move for carmakers whose business for the past 100 years has been selling to individuals. German archrivals Daimler AG and BMW AG have launched sharing programs. The automakers say the move was prompted by changing attitudes about car ownership, especially among young buyers, and increased urban congestion.

Latest industry figures reveal more than 3.1 million petrol and diesel engines were produced at domestic plants in 2007, compared to just over 1.5 million cars. Output has soared recently, with more than half a million more engines leaving production lines in the last two years.

McLaren P1 to make its driving debut at 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Fri, 22 Mar 2013

The new McLaren P1 supercar is heading for the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed to make its driving debut in the Supercar run. We’ve also had McLaren F1 new boy Sergio Perez driving the P1 round the Top Gear Dunsfold track and Ron Dennis telling us he got round the Top Gear track in the P1 a good 10 seconds quicker than any other road car ever has. But now we’re actually going to see the McLaren P1 driven in anger.
