Volkswagen Jetta Alltrack crossover possible

Volkswagen is not finished with plans to extend the Jetta portfolio. The suits inside the Wolfsburg, Germany, headquarters are mulling a plan for a crossover version of the future Jetta SportWagen along the lines of the recently introduced Alltrack concept. “We think there is definite sales potential in North America and other world markets for a new lifestyle-targeted Jetta model,” a senior Volkswagen source divulged.

The diminutive small-car maker has released more details on a design study that mates a modified Mini Cooper S Clubman with a 22-foot long Airstream trailer under a watersports premise.

Unboxing is the Internet practice of filming when opening a new product—or taking it apart, such as an Apple iPod. We first saw the V60 at the 2011 Geneva motor show, and then this year in Detroit.
