Nos 1951 - 1953 Desoto Emblem For Clock Delete Blank Filler Plate Cover on 2040-parts.com
South Lyon, Michigan, US
Here is a new old stock cover plate for what I think is the 1951 1952 and 1953 Desoto Cusom, Firedome and Powermaster interior dash where the clock goes for those cars that did not have the clock opition this is the OEM filler or cover plate. It is the insert piece only and fits inside a bezel or bracket. I am not sure exactly how it fits in but if you compare to your old one it may be obvious. It has never been installed on a car and it is the insert that goes inside the bezel or the bezel ring. The outer ring is a very dark maroon that looks black in the photos. I also have a different variation of this same emblem listed but it is silver.

Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo brought to life by Mercedes-Benz
Sun, 17 Nov 2013Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo brought to life by Mercedes-Benz The new Gran Turismo 6 is a big deal (out on 6th December) and Mercedes-Benz are making sure they’re able to grab a bit of the glory by building a full scale concept of the Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo Supercar. The Vision Gran Turismo car has been created by Mercedes design team without the constraints of the real world, so we get a Mercedes supercar that goes a little beyond practical realities. There’s a great big statement grill that looks like an evolution of a 1950s Mercedes racer, a long bonnet, a compact cabin area and a back end with a tapered roof construct and huge bulging arches.
2014 Mercedes C-Class: OFFICIAL – and it looks like a proper baby S-Class
Mon, 16 Dec 2013The 2014 Mercedes C-Class (pictured) looks like a proper baby S-Class The 2014 (or 2015 if you’re in the US) Mercedes C-Class has finally been officially revealed ahead of its debut at the Detroit Auto Show next month, and it looks to be a convincing take on a proper scaled-down S-Class. With Mercedes launching a more credible range of compact cars beneath the C-Class – with the new A-Class and CLA – targeting younger, funkier buyers, Mercedes has taken the C-Class from the ‘entry-’level’ real Mercedes to become a properly grwon up luxury saloon, just smaller than its E-Class and S-Class siblings. The new C-Class is wider, longer and has a longer wheelbase – with most of the extra 3 inches in the wheelbase benefiting the rear passengers – yet it’s lighter and more dynamic than the model it replaces, thanks in no small part to an aluminium hybrid body that now has up to 50 per cent aluminium in its panels.
Citroen C1 – backwards round a Multi-Storey to promote Dunlop
Mon, 14 Jun 2010The trio of Dunlop-shod Citroen C1s We already know what a lot of fun the Toyota Aygo/Peugeot 107/Citroen C1 are. We reviewed the 107 recently and had a blast. It really is as manouverable and chuckable as it looks when Top Gear use it to play football.
