Absolutely beautiful, NOS Genuine Ford Accessory Day - Night Mirror in the original box. This one is as nice as you could ever find. Most have some damage to the mirror surface, this one is mint ! It belongs on a 100 point, national show winning 1958 Ford Skyliner Retractable, Sunliner Convertible, Fairlane 500, Custom 300 or Station Wagon. If you are interested in one of these, don't let this one pass you by. It took me years to find one this nice. I have decided to leave my survivor Custom 300 as it is but still hate to sell it. GM to slash global vehicle platforms by more than half, to 14, by 2018
Tue, 09 Aug 2011General Motors says it will cut the number of vehicle platforms it uses globally by more than half over the next decade, in a bid to reduce complexity and save on product-development costs. “More of our components will be common, and more of our vehicles will be on global architectures,” GM CEO Dan Akerson told analysts on Tuesday. His remarks came as GM kicked off a series of presentations online, billed as its 2011 Global Business Conference.

Even after six years of being on the market, it continues to consistently account for more than a million sales annually.
