This is a rubber NOS spare tire lock boot for all 1963-1979 Corvettes. I have a very limited supply of these boots. Comes in the original GM bag. GM # 3841701 Gr# 7.675. These are the real McCoy.
Don't fall for buying the repro boots just because they are cheap. The repro material is too hard and too rigid and it's very obvious to the judges that they are not GM quality. The repros are bad copies, made offshore as is expected. If you see an e-bay auction for a lock boot and the seller does not show you any GM packaging, you can be sure the boot is a cheap, off-shore knock-off. Mon, 20 May 2013Ahead of its arrival with customers, Porsche has delivered a new video of the GT3 designed to make it clear just how some of its technical highlights work to make the GT3 swifter and more nimble than ever before. Power is of course the key to the GT3 – 468bhp and 324lb/ft of torque – but the power is no good unless the GT3 can put that power down as efficiently as possible in all circumstances. Porsche assert that the GT3′s chassis is engineered for Motorsport, and key elements of the new GT3 make it even more able.
Who's Where: Jason Castriota joins Stile Bertone
Thu, 27 Nov 2008Contrary to what was previously disclosed, Car Design News has now confirmed that Jason Castriota, who left his position at Pininfarina on the eve of the Paris Motor Show in September, is set to become Design Director at Stile Bertone. He will start his new position on December 1. Castriota had initially intended to set up his own design consultancy before being approached by Bertone.
