Nos 1963 Corvette Shifter Boot, Gm # 3822947 (discontinued Part) on 2040-parts.com
Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States
This is a NOS (New Old Stock) shifter boot (aka SEAL in the parts catalogs) for a 1963 Corvette with 4-SPD. manual transmission, GM # 3822947 in Gr. 4.015. This is a discontinued part. Reproduction boots sell for about $45 from other vendors. I bought this shifter boot back in the very late 1980's from Dobles Chevrolet in Manchester, NH. I've been told that the white )or maybe its light gray) powdery stuff on the boot is a rubber preservative and can be easily washed off with soap and water.
Before bidding make sure that this NOS shifter boot is the correct one for your car. Shipping will be via the USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail, fully insured, which ever is the least expensive. |

While the car is just a prototype, Honda says the technology could start appearing on Honda cars in 2020 and beyond. The prototype - an Acura RLX sedan - has cameras that monitor lane marking and multiple radar sensors on the front and sides.
Millionth Range Rover presented to Jezza for Help for Heroes
Sun, 07 Nov 2010Jezza gets the millionth Range Rover together with Lance Corporal Matt Croucher and Private Derek Derenalagi It’s a very large number of Range Rovers, 1,000,000. Although you do have to remember that is a production number over a forty year period. Still, long time or not it’s a milestone for the first proper luxury SUV to achieve, and in its fortieth year of production just to make the maths nice and easy – 25,000 a year.
