This valve was the last service replacement Frigidaire made expansion valve for the above applications. In some cases the tube and thermo bulb line might be a bit longer than the original ones for certain applications. GM replaced this valve with one that was no longer made by GM (Frigidaire) around 1982, and that valve looked nothing like an original Frigidaire valve.

This valve does not come with the original GM packaging, but it defiantly is a brand new, never installed part.
