Here is  a genuine NOS factory OEM rear fender emblem that has never been installed on a car.  Marked 7587224 on back side and not a repro part, but a factory correct GM part.  The part was in storage and has some minor shelf wear, light surfical marks on th chrome, etc, and one tiny paint flec the size of a pin head missing on the black background which can be seen in the photos.  Still fine for a 100 point show car restoration of your hardtop, sedan, or convertible 1966 Pontiac Catalina.
