This is a new old stock (NOS) original GM front wheel locking hub axle shaft gear retaining ring (Dana 35389) correct for the following models:

1970 1971 1972 Chevrolet and GMC Series 20 Truck and Suburban four wheel drive models (used with red plastic actuator knobs)
1973 1974 1975 1976 Chevrolet and GMC K-2 Truck and Suburban 4WD models
1977 Chevrolet and GMC K-2 Truck and Suburban 4WD models (1st design)
