"New Old Stock" 1970-71 Ford, Mercury and 70 Lincoln Mark power steering cooler. Very good condition!! Fits 1970 Ford and Mercury 8 cylinder except police and 1971 Ford and Mercury 351 and 390 manufacture prior to 12/2/70. Also fits 1970 Thunderbird 428. Engineering number on the part is D1AA-3D746-CA. This appears to mount on top of the A/C compressor. I am sure it fits many other cars, but please do your homework to assure your satisfaction. GM and Chrysler in merger talks

Reports in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal say the talks have been underway since the start of October 2008, and sources close to the possible deal put its chances of success at ’50-50’. All three US car makers have seen their sales decimated in recent months and have been forced to deny that they might seek bankruptcy protection.
