The GM parts book shows that the trunk lamp is correct for 1971-1972 Chevrolet Caprice,Impala,Belair and Biscayne models except for Station Wagon models and all 1972 Oldsmobile Delta 88,Delta 88 Royale,Ninety Eight and Toronado models. On Oldsmobile applications only note in GM parts book says ( 1st type mounts on gutter ). PLEASE L@@K at the picture before bidding. Telematics box aids attempted murderer conviction

A ‘BLACK BOX’ telematics device fitted to a hire car has played a significant role in the conviction of an attempted murderer. The device had been previously installed into a car hired by Daniel Paita, 32; a car he was driving on the day he carried out an attack on a man in Glasgow. Paita had claimed he was nowhere near the area, but anti-motoring fraud experts at Asset Protection Unit Ltd (APU) were able to ascertain the car’s true whereabouts via a tracking device within the telematics unit.

Ram 2500 HD gets six-speed transmission

Chrysler's Ram truck brand announced today that it is adding a six-speed automatic transmission to its 2012 2500 Heavy Duty trucks. The Ram 2500 HD and 3500 HD will be available with diesel and gasoline engines. The six-speed transmission replaces the five-speed 545RFE transmission in the 2500 HD, the automaker said in a statement.
