Nissan GT-R beats its Nurburgring record – more to come today?
Fri, 17 Apr 2009The jubilant Nissan GT-R team celebrates their new lap record at the Nurburgring [ad#ad-1] The Nissan GT-R is indeed an impressive car. It offers real supercar performance for what appears to be a relatively modest price. Wed, 16 Apr 2014We're getting our first official look at elements of the upcoming Mercedes-AMG GT sports car ahead of an expected September debut. Mercedes has controversially eschewed any traditional reference to one of its founders, Karl Benz, in the name of its new 500-hp-plus twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8-powered machine.
Jaguar tells design story behind new XF Sportbrake [w/video]

The video features Jaguar design boss Ian Callum and Studio Director Wayne Burgess explaining how the design team managed to keep the company's first official estate car in line with the sportiness and luxury nature of Jaguar brand. Callum says, "I know it's a very practical car, there's an amount of pragmatism in it, it is functional, but at the end of the day it is we call a Sportbrake, it has to look to sporty.
