This listing is for a NOS seat back latch handle knob for the 1981 1982 and 1983 Escort and Lynx, 1982 and 1983 LN7 and EXP, and 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 and 1989 Tempo and Topaz. Part number E1FZ-6162762-AA. Will work left or right hand side. Price is for one knob. Box is shown for reference only and is not included. Go ORIGINAL Ford!! I am currently listing many small, hard to find, NOS Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury parts. I do not have EVERY parts book Ford put out, but I do have most and will make every attempt to accurately describe the item, it's application(s), and the years it was in service.

All my listings are for NOS items unless otherwise specified in the item description. Please keep in mind that while these are NOS parts manufactured by or for Ford, there may be something that is unforeseen in quality or present due to storage, such as discoloration, shelf and box rubs, light scuffing, residues, etc. Most of these parts have been sitting on a dealership shelf and are between 20 and 50 years old. I don't sell junk, broken, or obviously unusable parts. Those are for the trash. If a part is missing, or needs some attention due to chrome spotting, shelf grime, or surface rust, I will note it. These items are often one of a kind and obsolete from Ford. As such, all items are sold as is. Also, it's hard for me to visualize where on a car or truck each and every part may go since I list thousands of different parts from 1932 grill trim to the seat back bushings on a 1992 F-250. The buyer will have to rely on either shop experience, knowledge of their car or truck, and a visual comparison with the photo(s) in conjunction with what I have described, to make a determination as to exact fit or application as it pertains to their vehicle.

Cadillac may get future rear-drive hybrids

General Motors' two mode hybrid powertrain, used only in trucks, will migrate to rear-drive cars in the next generation, said Tom Stephens, GM's vice chairman of global product operations. Two likely candidates: Cadillacs, says consultant Jim Hall of 2953 Analytics in suburban Detroit. Last month, GM said it is developing an electric motor that is 25 percent smaller and 20 percent more powerful than the motor used in today's two mode hybrid full-sized trucks.
