2011 Renault Laguna Facelift gets priced
Thu, 21 Oct 2010The 2011 Renault Laguna facelift gets priced We guess it’s easier to get your act together as a car maker to price a facelifted car than an all new car. That said, if any business builds a product without knowing its retail price they are in danger of coming unstuck. Still, we applaud Renault for managing to get UK prices for the 2011 Renault Laguna Facelift sorted in a month since the 2011 Laguna appeared at the Paris Motor Show, especially as it took VW eight months to let UK buyers know how much it wanted for the 2011 Sharan.
Suzuki S-Cross concept car (2012) teased ahead of Paris show
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Suzuki today showed us the first glimpse of its new S-Cross concept car ahead of its debut at the 2012 Paris motor show. It's a compact crossover in the C-segment, aka a replacement for the Suzuki SX4 in its twilight years. This pair of teaser images show little of the S-Cross, but we can see a stubby five-door crossover in the mould of the Nissan Juke.
Renault Alpine A110-50 to be developed with Caterham
Tue, 02 Oct 2012It seems the impressive Renault Alpine A110-50 is heading for production with Caterham, not Lotus, as development partner. Which is part of the reason Renault want a partner on-board to help with development and production of the Renault Alpine A110-50 – a new Alpine based on a Megane platform with a DeZir body – and turn it, hopefully, from a track concept to the first Alpine for the road in twenty years. It had been mooted that Renault were eyeing up Lotus to partner on the Alpine A110-50, but according to a report from Autocar they are instead working with Caterham to bring the A110-50 to life.
