This auction is for a GM speedo gear. It has 22 teeth and is for a 3.55 gear ratio. When you change your gear ratio it is important to get your speedo calibrated correctly. This gear fits chevy turbo 350 transmissions, GM powerglide 2 speeds, and 60's to 70's manual trans including muncie and Saginaw.

Don't get a speeding ticket when you don't even know you are speeding! Fits the following:

  • 1967-1978 All GM cars with powerglide, and manual transmissions, including Saginaw and Muncie.

  • 1967-1978 chevy turbo 350 transmissions

  • If you have a chevy turbo 350 trans you should have a 1.84" 8 tooth drive gear. This is orange in color. There were so many turbo 350 trans made and if you think you might not have the original trans, or did a major gear change- you might not have the right one in there.

The package is not included in this auction.

I also sell turbo 400 and Buick, Olds, and Pontiac turbo350 gears and other hard to find parts in other auctions. So check out my other auctions. I also have other gear ratio applications. Thank you for looking.

Kia to launch a new range-topping V8 saloon dubbed K9

Tue, 22 Mar 2011

Kia will build their rumoured rear-wheel drive V8 saloon - but it won't come to the UK, sources in Korea have confirmed to CAR.Following the domestic badge hierarchy, this new range-topper would logically be called the K9. Perhaps that dog-inspired badge may explain why the car won’t come to Europe, but US sales are expected.  Kia’s new range-topper: the ‘K9’ The new large Kia saloon was scheduled to be shown in 2011, but it has now been pushed back to a 2012 launch. The new saloon would sit above the front-drive 3.5-litre V6 K7/Cadenza saloon in the Kia line-up. CAR understands the new exec will be ready by May 2012.   The K9 represents the first application of sister brand Hyundai's rear-drive technology from the Genesis and Equus. Expect Hyundai's 'Tau' V8 engine under the bonnet, along with the upcoming eight-speed automatic transmission which arrived in the Genesis R-Spec saloon at the 2011 Chicago auto show.

Chevrolet Code 130R

Wed, 25 Jan 2012

The Chevrolet Code 130R Concept is one of a pair of concept cars designed as a direct result of feedback from Millennials – a demographic which car companies are desperate to engage with the automobile. The Code 130R is a four-seat coupe with a classically European proportion and size and more than a passing resemblance to the BMW 1 Series coupe. The car's muscular fenders, short front overhang and power-bulged hood provide reference to the classic muscle car era that engaged the youth of the 1960s and '70s.

Bugatti Galibier: Hybrid option & Autumn 2012 Launch confirmed

Sat, 30 Jul 2011

Bugatti Galibier will get a Hybrid option Every time we run a story about the Bugatti Galibier launch it feels like Déjà vu. Why, you may very well ask. Because we’ve been saying since the first time the Bugatti Galibier saw the light of day in September 2009 that the Galibier was an addition for Bugatti, not a replacement for the Veyron, and would launch in 2012 as a 2013 model.
