This pair (2) of Genuine General Motors AC Delco rear spring insulators (bushings) is Grp. 7.545, Pt. # 88913143 – ACD # 45G18001.  They replace previous GM # 1366500.  They are listed as an Insulator, rear spring upper.  According to the appropriate carline Parts Catalogs they fit the following A-Body cars:
