Description:

Items are described as honestly as possible. When an item is described as NOS, this does not mean that manufacturing imperfections may not exsist. These items were made and sold according to the manufacturer's quality standards. Thirty or 40 years ago this is the part you would have received from your local auto parts store. This is described as NEW OLD STOCK, and you should NOT think that this always means absolutely perfect.

FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND I ALWAYS STRIVE TO MAKE EVERY TRANSACTION A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. IT SEEMS MANY BUYERS DO NOT CONCERN THEMSELVES WITH LEAVING FEEDBACK. THEREFORE, I AM LEFT NO OPTION BUT TO ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR THOSE MEMBERS WHO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR ME. I WILL POST POSITIVE FEEDBACK WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER RECEIVING FEEDBACK FROM THE BUYER.

Quality assurance:

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT I AM ONLY HUMAN!! I DO MY BEST TO DESCRIBE EVERY DETAIL OF EACH ITEM THAT I SELL, I DO SOMETIMES MISS SOMETHING UNINTENTIONALLY. THEREFORE, IF THERE HAPPENS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM YOU PURCHASE, PLEASE GIVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE.

Refunds:

Request for a refund must be made within 14 days from receipt of the item. Due to the nature of electrical items they are NOT returnable. Other items sent back for a refund must be in the original box and in the same condition as you received them in order for a refund to be issued. I will ONLY refund the cost of shipping if the item you receive is a different item than the item listed in the auction. If a refund is requested for any other reason, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Therefore I would strongly urge you to ask questions to be certain that the item will fit your needs!
