You are bidding on a New Old Stock British Leyland, and Triumph PAIR of Window Winder Knobs for Triumph TR250, 1969-1976 Triumph TR6, Spitfire, and GT6 cars. These are for the 621811 window winder handles. They are mint and they have to correct original profile unlike the reproductions. You can take the clip off of your old knob and put these brand new ones on. They are in the original Jaguar Rover Triumph bag. Nothing beats genuine British Leyland, and Triumph factory parts. They will fit, function, and look, as they were designed by the engineers at the factory. Perfect for a concourse restoration car. The Triumph, Stanpart, British Leyland, and Unipart part number is 621768. These are not available new. Please note the Blue British Leyland background is NOT part of the auction. Sat, 12 May 2012Carroll Shelby Car racer, car maker and all round car legend, Carroll Shelby has died in Dallas at the age of 89 after a life lived to the full. We have but one life and it’s our duty to live it the best we can. Carroll Shelby certainly did that.

Sun, 24 Nov 20132015 Honda Civic Type R previewed on video with ‘at least 276 bhp’ The Honda Civic Type R has died a death as new emission regulations sounded the death knell for the high-revving naturally aspirated lump under its bonnet. But Honda are planning on bringing the Type R back to life in 2015, but rather than a VTEC engine that only wanted to really play over 5000 rpm, Honda are heading back to hot hatch goodness with a new turbo engine that promises ‘at least’ 276bhp. That should make the next Honda Civic Type R not only a lot quicker than the last Type R, but its power will be accessible much lower down the rev range and economy and emissions will be much improved.

Though the weather didn't cooperate for much of the day with rain ranging from a mist to steady showers, it failed to dampen the spirits of car fans for all over. As usual, Mustangs, Corvettes and Challengers took center stage on the iconic strip, which plays host to the yearly summer celebration of chrome and fins.
