NOS ERTEL FORD MERCURY 8 1004P 4" BORE .030 OVER ALUMINUM ALLOY PISTONS These are new old stock pistons in the original box. The box is in very rough shape. The pistons look in good condition but the piston pins have some rust on them. Not sure if the rust can be cleaned or if the pins will need to be replaced. The date stamp inside the pistons is Oct 88. Also stamped inside the pistons is the part number 1004P. I'm not sure what engine these fit, hand-written on the top of the box is, what looks like, Meltenbrink 400.
