They are using the horn in anger at other drivers rather than its proper purpose of warning other drivers of your presence. A study by Flexed shows drivers are also using more anti-social tactics than before, with 33% of drivers admitting to changing lanes multiple times in traffic jams to try to get further ahead.
UK Budget 2011: the outcome for motorists
Wed, 23 Mar 2011UK chancellor George Osborne announced the 2011 budget today - which includes fuel duty cuts and changes to car tax that will affect every motorist in the land. 2011 Budget changes to fuel duty The Government will cut 1p in fuel duty, effective from 6.00pm tonight. Further fuel duty rises in line with inflation have been deferred until 1 January 2012. The planned 1 April 2012 fuel duty rise will be deferred to 1 August 2012.
Renault’s All In A Twizy Over Big Screen Fame

The role call of Terry Gilliam's latest project should prove familiar to film buffs - Christoph Waltz, Matt Damon, Mélanie Thierry – although not all budding critics will be up to speed on the Twizy’s current body of work. Gilliam's The Zero Theorem is the story of an eccentric and lonely IT genius, suffering from existential neurosis, and looking for the meaning of life.
