This is a NOS original equipment Ford Motorcraft oil pressure sender / sending switch. This fits a very large number of vehicles built between 1955 & 1970. This sender provides a signal for the oil pressure WARNING LIGHT. It is for vehicles with oil warning lights and NOT a oil (sweep - Low - High) gauge.

Your engine depends on oil pressure to keep from a catastrophe. Isn't your engines survival worth a couple of dollars more than a questionable aftermarket sender.

The part number is B6AZ-9278-B, the Motorcraft number is SW-667.

Vauxhall and Opel 'not for sale' - CEO Akerson

GM chief executive Dan Akerson has overnight dismissed claims that its Vauxhall/Opel European division is for sale. CAR's European editor Georg Kacher, and media outlets in Germany, reported last month that German chancellor Angela Merkel had weighed in to the debate and encouraged Volkswagen to step in and take GM Europe off GM's hands. Vauxhall and Opel have also been linked to a possible sale to the Chinese.

The BMW X6M & X5M revealed ahead of the New York Car Show [ad#ad-1] Well, this was supposed to be a big reveal for the New York Motor show, which kicks off to the paying public on the 10th, and journos a few days before. But fuzzy scans of the new BMW X6M and BMW X5M turned up on the web a couple of days ago, so it looks like BMW has decided to get the info out as soon as possible. Yes, it’s a rotten time to be bringing out a new, big 4×4, much less one with over 500bhp.

Fifty years ago, Muhammad Ali became the heavyweight champion of the world, "Jeopardy!" debuted, Lockheed went 2,000 mph with the YF-12 and a mop-topped band went on a television show to promote what would be shameless nostalgia for the next 50 years, even while it was happening. Oh, and Ford introduced the Mustang, an event that would be Lee Iacocca's Second Greatest Shining Moment, behind introducing Chrysler's TC by Maserati as the prettiest Italian to arrive stateside since his mother. The World's Fair was 50 years ago this week, and the Internet remembers what it was like when the Mustang came out.
