You are viewing an awesome Vintage HURST EQUIPPED Emblem. This is a hard to find emblem. It has never been used. It is still sealed in its original bag. It measures roughly 5". I believe that it is from the 1960s, but I can not be sure, as I am not the original owner. This is not the reproduction plastic emblem being sold by others, nor is it the Hurst plastic emblem that was brought back a few years ago. It was purchased from a gentleman that told me that he had purchased it many years ago. He said that he bought it to put on his car, he never got around to it, and he then forgot about that he had it. It was purchased along with a few patches that I have listed that all appear to be from the same era. It is a "first design" emblem, as it still has mounting pins on the back. "Second design" emblems mount with double sided tape. It is NOS New Old Stock and is in incredible condition, with only the slightest hint of wear strictly from its age (please see detailed photos). It would look great in your Vintage Automobile collection. Overall a Rare Cool piece of old automobilia!
The emblem is as shown in the photos. I have tried to take detailed
photos to show you exactly what you are getting, but please feel free to
ask any questions that you may have. Be the envy of all your friends
with this awesome patch. A must for any Hurst, Hot rod, Street Rod, Rockabilly or Automotive memorabilia collector!!

The new Ariel Atom V8 will cost £120,000
Back in May we reported that the Ariel Atom V8 was in the pipeline, a range-topping 500bhp version of Atom’s road-track monster. Which is twice as much power as the standard Atom – which churns out around 245bhp – and a massive 200bhp more than even the Supercharged Atom. Even in standard spec the Atom manage 0-60mph in a blistering sub 3 second sprint, thanks to its almost non-existent bodywork and ultra low weight.

Vauxhall are teasing a new convertible – the Vauxhall Cascada – that appears to be Astra based but stretched and pushed upmarket. We knew Vauxhall (and Opel, for that matter), were planning a replacement for the Astra Twin Top which we guessed would be the new Astrra Cabrio. But it’s not, it’s the Vauxhall Cascada.

Vince Cable gets behind the wheel of an Aston Martin DBS
With the Liberal / Conservative coalition now in charge we seem to have got a Government where a big chunk of the ministers are Liberals (is there a Liberal MP without a portfolio of some description?). Which I suppose is the price we pay for allowing the Conservatives to become Labour Lite instead of having real conviction politicians. Still, it throws up some interesting conflicts.
