You are bidding on (1) NEW OLD STOCK Brake Spring Overhaul Kit. Book shows that this is proper for the 1953 and 1954 Corvette, 1951-1955 Chevy Passenger Cars and 1/2 ton pickup. The book does not state if it is for the front or rear so it may fit either but please verify. There is surface rust on one retainer. Could easily be painted. Otherwise good NOS condition. The box is aged and one side end flap is ripped off. There is a pushed in hole in the top of the box

INVESTIGATORS have found no evidence that the Porsche carrying actor Paul Walker had mechanical problems before it crashed, killing the Fast & Furious star. The investigation also ruled out debris or other road conditions as causing the car in which Walker, 40, was a passenger to slam into a lamppost and tree and burst into flames. "We're looking at speed and speed alone," a law enforcement source said.
