Package is partially open. Has shelf damage (much more paint missing than shown in these pictures) and rust spots that should polish out. Obviously needs cleaning. Many of my parts also need cleaning, since we live next to a farm, and they are stored in a pole building. I do not clean them for fear of damaging them.
