Many of my parts also need cleaning, since we live next to a farm, and they are stored in a pole building. I do not clean them for fear of damaging them. I charge actual shipping costs, but no handling costs, and try to ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday, although I allow various amounts of time depending on the location, size, and weight of the item.
