WOW!
Unused ORIGINAL GM, NEW OLD STOCK General Motors issued 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 & 1981 Pontiac Firebird TransAm & GTO, ALL with PONTIAC V8 engines, timing chain cover / water pump and fuel pump mount housing & front seal as shown. This is for ALL 69-81 T/A's, Mecham Macho TA, Grand Prix, Grand Am, Can Am, Bonneville, Catalina, Ventura, LeMans and GTO, even the Judge, that used ANY Pontiac V8 engine, 455 HO, 455 SD Super Duty, 400, 350, 301 and the Turbo 301.

Replace your leaking & corroded one or buy as a spare, just in case. Look at what yours MIGHT look like, don't risk it corroding thru to the timing chain and engine oil area! This cover DOES NOT have the cast-in timing mark (see pic). This is the EXACT GM part ALL Pontiac V8 engines came with save for the timing mark not being cast in, you will have to use the bolt-on timing indicator. This is a REAL GM part with the part number cast into the face (see pics).

NOTE: This is the real deal General Motors OEM original part, not a cheap imitation made in some 3rd world country.

If you care about your car or your safety, you should know better than to use cheap look-alike parts.

Genuine GM parts are always made with the best of materials and fit and work correctly. Don't trust your car to anything else. This sale is ONLY for the NOS timing chain cover and seal as shown. Please see our other sales for more NOS & used stuff, will combine to save on shipping. Get in time for the Trans Am nationals or that big Pontiac show, get all the judging points.

NOS original GM, only the best! This is the REAL THING! This will work on earlier 60's Pontiac V8 engines, but the water pump will have to be changed to the 69 and later style to work.

Lucky winning bidder to add $15.95 for tracked & insured Priority delivery (US rate only, elsewhere is extra).

We have NO CONTROL over the delivery speed of items shipped out of the US once they are accepted in the Postal system.

Please email if you have ANY questions.

Infiniti 'gunning for 700,000 sales' - Ghosn

Thu, 23 Jun 2011

Infiniti is planning to announce a new sales target of 10% global luxury market share - quadrupling sales to 700,000 a year - in a new mid-term statement due this summer. Renault Nissan chief executive Carlos Ghosn told CAR that Infiniti is on line to sell 165,000 cars worldwide in 2011 but said Nissan was investing heavily in its premium division to swell sales considerably. It's an ambitious goal: if successful, Infiniti would be encroaching on the 1m+ territory today dominated by the German luxury brands.

Photo of the week (2008): Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe

Mon, 01 Dec 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 01 December 2008 14:32 Didn't make it to the 2009 LA Auto Show? Then you missed the ugliest Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe ever made (see our pictures, right). Faced with the prospect of arch-rival Bentley showing off its new Azure T – a 500bhp version of the ultra-expensive convertible – in the same hall, Rolls was clearly wondering how to compete.

The £1300 car

Wed, 09 Jan 2008

By Tim Pollard Motoring Issues 09 January 2008 12:21 One of the most intriguing cars of the year will be unveiled later this week: the Tata one-lakh car that could redefine budget transport for the masses. The £1300 bargain will be launched at the New Delhi Auto Show amid an anticipated media storm. Tata hopes to mobilise India with the one-lakh car, named after the Indian shorthand for 100,000 rupees, the equivalent £1300.
