Up for sale is a new old stock, GM Cadillac auto-low heater switch. It is in excellent, unused new old stock condition and is complete with the original GM box! The GM part number is 7298182 , please do your homework on the part number and your application. This is correct for 1968-1967 Cadillac models including Eldorado, and possibly others. These are getting hard to find, especially in such nice, NOS condition. This is a genuine GM part ready for judging, not a reproduction! Get the right parts for your classic. Toyota GT86 TRD Griffon makes its debut at Goodwood (video)
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The Toyota GT86 TRD Griffon 9Pictured) made its debut at Goodwood this weekend We’re still waiting for Toyota to make a more powerful version of the GT86 (and Subaru the BRZ), but we are starting to get more focused versions. We’ve already seen the GT86 TRD – developed by Toyota Racing development – as a road car limited edition, and last month we learnt that Toyota were going to debut a track version – the GT86 TRD Griffon – and that it would arrive at Goodwood. Now the Griffon has arrived looking immensely purposeful with its wings and diffuser and carbon fibre for the roof, doors, bonnet and boot and some severe fettling of the oily stuff with upgraded brakes, new alloys, mechanical limited slip diff and stiffer suspension.
Flavio Manzoni to Head Ferrari Design
Tue, 29 Sep 2009Flavio Manzoni, Head of Creative Design at the Volkswagen Group, is set to take on a new role as Chief of Design at Ferrari starting January 1, 2010. Manzoni, currently part of the design team headed up by Walter de'Silva, will be based at Centro Stile Ferrari and charged with creating a new brand identity for the Italian marque. He will report directly to Managing Director Amedeo Felisa.
Toyota to build Corollas at revived Mississippi plant starting in late 2011
Thu, 17 Jun 2010Toyota will resume construction on its mothballed plant in Mississippi and begin producing the Corolla there late next year. “We first needed to fully utilize our existing facilities as the economy slowed,” Yoshimi Inaba, president of Toyota Motor North America, said in a statement Thursday. “Now it's time to fulfill Toyota's promise in Mississippi.” The automaker said it will hire 2,000 workers “soon.” Corolla output would mark another shift for the project.
