Auction is for Twelve NOS GM Hood Insulation retainer clips with the GM part number right on them. These are used to hold the insulation to the hood. Different car models use different amount of clips. Head of clip is approximately 1 11/16" wide with 3/4" long grippers, and is made to go into 1/4" hole. These are GM clips with the part number on them, not the re-pop ones with no markings, so you know these are better quality. This part number was super ceded by 9784647, and 3909199. When only GM works, this is for you! The ebay fitment guide is just a guide so please make sure this will work for you. Make sure you have 1/4" holes. The ‘new’ Hyundai ix35 (pictured) costs from £16,995 Hyundai revealed the mildly facelifted ix35 back in March (and a better looking version for the Korean market a couple of months later) and now, with the new ix35 on sale next week, we have news of prices and specs. We covered the tweaks Hyundai have made to the ix35 back in March – and they’re really quite minor – but the trim levels are also changing and the more powerful 2.0 litre diesel is biting the dust. The ix35 range now kicks off with the ix35 S 1.6-litre GDi 2WD manual at £16,995 which comes with 16″ alloys, central locking, USB and AUX, AirCon, Hillstart Assist and Downhill Brake Control (designed to help those who can’t really drive).

Ford Mondeo/Fusion unveiled at 2012 Detroit show

Ford unveiled its new 2013 Mondeo at the Detroit auto show - the new Mondeo is in fact now a Fusion in Euro drag. Under the One Ford rules, most major car projects are in fact global affairs, so the Mondeo follows in the footsteps of the Focus, also unveiled in Detroit two years ago and brought to Europe a year later. We'll have a similarly long wait for the Ford Fusion to make the leap to the European Mondeo, with a launch slated for spring 2013.
