   For your consideration is a GM interior dome light switch. It is in excellent, unused NOS condition. This is correct for many GM models from the 50's and 60's. The spread on the holes is 1-3/8" center to center, and it has the correct manufacturer stamp. This is an original GM part, not a reproduction or import. Get the right parts for your classic. Yesterday we reported that Nissan are to invest £192 million to design and build the next generation Qashqai in the UK, and today comes confirmation from BMW that they will be spending £500 million over the next three years in the UK as they gear up for the next generation MINI.

GM expands advanced-vehicle-technology center in California

General Motors unveiled a new technical center dedicated to the development, maintenance and testing of alternative-energy vehicles last week in Torrance, Calif. The company has had local digs for years but recently leased the building next to its existing Advanced Technology Center for an alternative-energy research facility. It now employs a dozen scientists, technicians and engineers to advance the electrification of GM vehicles.
