This bumper has me completely baffled.  I have studied my books, including my parts history books, and have found that it has had at least 4 different numbers, but even though I probably have about 50 parts books, this one has eluded me other than being in the price schedule book which says it is Chevrolet.  The last time I found the number, it sold for $668.70.  It is still in its original cover,  but there is surface rust on the back.  I charge $200 for shipping, and will refund anything over costs, but it usually costs within $20 of that to ship a bumper.  As always, it is best for you to verify the part application for accuracy. I do my best, but am no expert. Please remember that NOS does not mean perfect. I try to list every flaw I see, but I do miss some, so if you are not happy, kindly let me know and I will try to make it right. Many of my parts also need cleaning, since we live next to a farm, and they are stored in a pole building. I do not clean them for fear of damaging them by using the wrong product or method. If you would like to pay by means other than Paypal, Ebay requires that the buyer ask..so feel free to ask. I charge actual shipping costs, including the cost of bubble envelopes if used, but no handling costs, and try to ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday, although I allow various amounts of time depending on the location, size, and weight of the item. At times, I may forget to change the weight of an item from a previous listing and the postage may seem high...please be assured I will adjust it if you let me know. I package very carefully and use materials and boxes appropriate for the item I am shipping. I ship USPS priority mail except for heavy parts. Please contact me if there is a problem before leaving feedback as I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it. Refunds will be given only if I have listed a part incorrectly. Thanks for looking, and good luck.

MINI Roadster Concept revealed

Tue, 15 Sep 2009

MINI has revealed the MINI Roadster Concept at Frankfurt Just like the MINI Coupe. the MINI Roadster gets a chopped – but open in this case – top with a tilted back windscreen, although from the waist down the Roadster is pure MINI. But the Roadster is promising better handling with the roll over bar shifted forward to just beahind the front seats (there are no back seats) which should make the Roadster more rigid.

2014 Vauxhall Meriva facelift gets new diesel engine

Wed, 09 Oct 2013

2014 Vauxhall Meriva facelift (pictured) gets new diesel engine It’s more than three years since the Vauxhall Meriva arrived – at Geneva in 2010 – as Vauxhall’s compact people carrier, so it’s time for a bit of a titivate and a few updates. The cosmetic makeover for the 2014 MY Meriva isn’t huge, but Vauxhall has thrown in a new grill and new headlights to fulfil the ‘new nose’ requirements of a facelift, there’s new alloys and new alloy options and daytime running lights. But the biggest change comes under the skin, with the old 1.7 litre turbo diesel being supplanted by the new 1.6 litre from the Zafira which offers 134bhp and 236lb/ft of torque.
