Note #1: I just tested this bulb with 6V and it works with a strong bright light.
Note #2: The lens is clear but the bulb is definitely a fog light bulb. It says FOG LAMP on the bottom of the glass. This auction is for an NOS Guide Sealed Fog Lamp 6V Bulb. The size is 5 3/4 inch. The letters GUIDE are in the center of the bulb. I don't see any signs this bulb was used. It is definitely old stock. I tested it with 6V and it works. E-Mail with questions. Shipping extra. Sun, 14 Sep 2014The Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition in Carbon White It’s only a month since the 2015 Aston Martin Vanquish (and Vanquish Volante) were revealed with a series of updates that manage to turn the Vanquish in to a much more appealing car. That new appeal is mainly down to AML finally ditching their ancient six-speed auto ‘box and replacing it with a new 8-Speed ZF ‘box – which cleverly sits inside the old housing – increasing performance, drivability and economy in one fell swoop. The Vanquish now gets to 62mph in a very respectable 3.8 seconds and can top 200mph, despite which official economy improves to 31mpg (more like 16mpg in the real world).
Volvo V40 Cross Country arrives
Wed, 19 Sep 2012Volvo has revealed the 2013 V40 Cross Country, a new variant on the new V40, offering a more rugged option for the V40 range. We thought it was going to be the Volvo XC40 – denoting an SUV come crossover version of the new V40 – but Volvo has decided that their more rugged version of the V40 will take the Cross Country name - first used on the V70 in 1997 – and so we get the new Volvo V40 Cross Country. Following on from the new V40 R-Design, revealed last week, Volvo now offers a V40 they say is for ‘those who want a sense of adventure in their everyday life‘ – in other words, this is a slightly more rufty-tufty V40.
Toyota to roll out rear-seat airbag
