The spindle does have a factory plated finish on the spindle portion that comes out of the engine. These spindles are often overlooked during a restoration. The only choice for a true and show quality restoration is to install new spindles as they are visible once installed and need to have the factory correct finish for correctness and to prevent rust. Last month, teaser photographs revealed the interior of the S60 concept car, but now we’ve got a glimpse of its exterior lurking in the shadows. Some have criticised the S60 for looking too similar to the S80 and other Volvos and this new model is designed to address that. Volvo is seeking a racier image and, we hear, is setting its sights on the Audi A4 and BMW 3-series (a task its predecessor never cracked).

Thu, 10 Oct 2013DEMAND continued to keep values relatively firm in the used commercial vehicle market in February, according to leading vehicle auction specialist, British Car Auctions (BCA). Despite volumes rising sharply average values fell by £76 (1.8%) in February while sold volumes increased by nearly 13% over the same period, following a near 50% increase between December and January. Average monthly values have broadly remained between £4,000 and £4,200 since summer 2010.
