DESCRIPTION: This is a NOS 1942, 1946, 1947, 1948 DeSoto / Mopar parts number 956147 Steering Wheel Horn Ring. This ring has a painted Gold insert around the top of the ring, the paint is in good condition. The horn ring is not perfect, it has been in un-boxed storage for many years. It has very few minor nicks. I would consider it to be in good condition for the year. It has a bright shine, and may possibly be improved with a little polishing. If you need a horn ring for these years DeSoto, now is your chance to get a decent ring. The photos may magnify the blemishes somewhat.

We're traveling a few years further back in time today, but Ford Design Studios remains our destination. "Styling and the Experimental Car," released in 1964, doesn't start off like a modern promo piece might.

Jaguar XF 2.0 litre EcoBoost for China

Jaguar are to fit the 2.0 litre EcoBoost engine to the XF for the Chinese market as a more affordable entry point for the XF range. Even though Jaguar Land Rover are yet to get official Chinese Government approval for their Joint Venture with Chery, China is already a big market for them and, just like other luxury car makers, they are willing to produce cars just for the China market. According to reports from China, the Jaguar XF is about to get the 2.0 litre EcoBoost engine from the Range Rover Evoque to create a new entry-level Jaguar XF at a more appealing price point.

2014 Kia Sportage (pictured) gets a mild facelift The Kia Sportage is Kia’s best-selling model in the UK, and Kia are keen to keep things that way so they’ve given the Sportage a bit of a tweak for 2014. The changes are quite modest – just enough to mark this Sportage as a 2014 model – with a new version of the ‘Tiger Nose’ grill with added chrome and restyled mesh, better back lights, new 16-18″ alloys and LED tail lights on the top-end models. The interior has been given a bit of a lift too with new soft touch trim on the doors, nano paint finish on the dashboard and centre console, heated steering wheel and electric driver’s seat on top-end models and repositioned audio tweeters for better sound.
