"New - Other" condition details: I bought this New Old Stock Center Grille in its original box at a car show (may have been Corvettes at Carlisle...) some years ago for my 1973 Corvette. I was glad to find what many say to be among the rarest of all parts in the Corvette restoration business/hobby. I put it on mainly for car shows and the like, but it has spent the last few years boxed up on my parts shelf.

Get this - the market back when I bought this was $550 easily for these center grilles in their original boxes, and that was the price that the seller wrote on the carton.  With recent reproduction plastic parts out there, these genuine metal OEM parts are even rarer.  Time for this part to get married up with a deserving '73 Vette!

This is your market for such items!

Note that the 1974 Corvettes used he same part, but with no chrome on the edges, all in black. Winner pays shipping, no returns or refund unless I really blew it on the description - unlikely as I have good photos and description here for you to consider before you bid.  I have lots of transactions on eBay - solid feedback, looking for another smooth transaction here.  Thanks for looking and for bidding.

Fri, 14 Jun 2013

The 850 was a very popular car for Fiat in the ‘60s, especially in its spider version with its cute design and compact proportions. When the time came to replace it, Fiat went back to Bertone, where chief designer Marcello Gandini was charged with designing its replacement. Not happy to simply recreate the 850, he began with a whole new layout by placing the engine directly in front of the rear axle for a mid-engined layout.
