NEW OLD STOCK INDIAN BRAKE SHOES - ONE PAIR
Original, genuine factory Indian - New Old Stock Brake Shoes. Still has the cosmoline on the shoe. These fit all Sport Scout, Junior Scout, Motoplane and 741's front and rear wheels. They also fit 101 Scouts on the front wheel and the Chief, four-cylinder, Standard Scout and Dispatachtows - front wheel. 1928 to 1945 Indian motorcycles.
I have been using these brake shoes in all my Scouts, early Chiefs and Fours for years and years and miles and miles. I've had no problem with the linings.

VW developing 10-speed transmission to save fuel
Thu, 02 May 2013Volkswagen is developing a 10-speed dual-clutch transmission to help reduce fuel consumption in its vehicles, CEO Martin Winterkorn said. The transmission is one of a number of drivetrain technologies that the automaker is focusing on for the mid- and long term, he said. Others include plug-in hybrids and a high performance diesel engine.

2011 Ford F-150 aims for fuel economy, power

But in a nod to changing times, Ford is now also focusing on fuel economy for its iconic truck for the 2011 model year. The F-150, which is offering a V6 again this year, will get 23 mpg on the highway and 16 mpg in city driving using the naturally aspirated, 3.7-liter V6 that makes 302 hp.
