NOS Indian Motorcyce MOTOLAMP LENS - Made in USA - 6-7/8"

This is a new old stock Indian Motolamp lens, this is an original, not a reproduction.  "MADE IN U.S.A." is in raised letters on the front of the lens.   "Motolamp" is in raised letters on the inside of the lens. This is the lens you need if you need a lens for: 1939 and 1940 All models, Army 340, 640 and 741, 1944 to 1947 Chiefs, 1949 and 1950 149 - 249 - Warrior.  A lot of police Indian Chiefs from 1948 to 1953 used the Motolamp headlight, which also would have used this lens.  Diameter - 6-7/8".  Check out my other auctions for more vintage Honda, Indian Chief, Sport Scout, Four-Cylinder and Harley Davidson motorcycle parts.

VW Routan minivan to be dropped from lineup

Volkswagen will end sales of the Routan minivan, a rebadged Chrysler-built minivan that VW has sold since 2008, the company's top U.S. executive said Wednesday. The Routan will be phased out this year, with most units destined for "internal purposes" such as VW's corporate fleet, said Jonathan Browning, CEO of Volkswagen Group of America.

White remains most popular car color globally

Just this past Wednesday, while strolling through Porsche's Panamera/Cayenne assembly plant in Leipzig, we noticed a preponderance of white Pannies being constructed. According to paint supplier PPG, that should be no surprise. Since last year, it's been the top color here in the US, and Porsche's number one market is, of course, North America.

The 2010 Jaguar XKR - with all the options - the Video Earlier today we reported on the (very) minor changes to the Jaguar XK range as a whole for 2010/2011 and also on the very appetising changes Jaguar has introduced for the XKR for the new model year. The changes include the addition of a couple of option packs which make the Jaguar XKR a more hardcore car than it has been to date. These changes have probably come about after Jaguar played with the XKR to produce a Lime Green hot version for last year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, and the option of graphics on the side certainly owe their existence to the Goodwood Special.
