You are bidding on a New Old Stock Lucas and MG Pair of Wiper Blades for 1973-1976 MGB GT cars. The blades are mint and perfect in the original UNOPENED Lucas blister packages. They are 13" Blades, meant for 7 mm Wiper Arms. Nothing beats genuine Lucas, British Leyland and MG factory parts. They will fit, function, and look, as they were designed by the engineers at the factory. Perfect for a concourse restoration car. The Lucas part number is 54723772. The MG, BMC, British Leyland, and Unipart part number is GWB245. This is not available new. Please note the Blue British Leyland background is NOT part of the auction. The latest report by British Car Auctions shows that compared to last year, new-to-market car values are around 15% higher than this time last year while older part-exchange cars are as much as 20% higher than a year ago. Tue, 30 Oct 2012Fiat is preparing a café racer-style 500 for this week's SEMA show by stripping down an Abarth version to take it "down to the essence of what you need to drive a car." The café racer philosophy of ‘more speed, less comfort' was born around the 1960s British 'biker scene and while initially focussed on increasing performance, quickly developed into a culture as concered with 'the show' as 'the go'. "It takes something like this to really get noticed at SEMA," says Craig Buoncompago, Project Manager at Fiat Product Design. "The Café Racer is really going to be one special car that you guys should really come and see." The 500's roof has been chopped, while also shorn of its door handles and being fitted with hot rod billet rims.
