This is a NOS MAC Tools Accuracy Plus BT350 Battery and System tester.  It will test both 6v and 12v systems.  It has been in my garage for nearly 5 years and has NEVER been used.  I removed the 9v battery back then to safeguard against any leakage.  I put a new 9v into it in order to take a photo showing the screen when on, (please refer to photo number 2).  I recently retired and I'll never use it so have decided to sell it to someone who will.

The BT350 will check the condition of the battery, starter, voltage regulator, alternator and the diodes.  The original paper instructions are included as well as vinyl instructions that are adheared to the inside front cover.  This also has the capability of printing the results to an optional printer, model number 60965-3157.  I believe that the BT350 was superceeded by BT3167 as this model is the closest one in functionality to the BT350.  The BT3167 can be seen on page 269 of the 2013 catalog.  http://www.mactools.com/catalog/2013/index.html#/630/    The BT3167HD (which can also test 24v systems) retails for $664.99 according to MAC's website.   http://www.mactools.com/shoponline/product/tabid/120/p-318557-battery-charger-starter-tester.aspx

This a NO RESERVE auction and it will go to the highest bidder.

I intend to ship using USPS to the lower 48 states ONLY and will include a tracking number.

Please Email me if you have any questions.

I have been an ebay member since 1999.  Check my feedback and bid with confidence.  Thanks for looking!

Andy Saunders sells 'Art Cars' collection

Tue, 04 Nov 2008

British 'car artist' Andy Saunders' 'Art Car' collection was sold by RM Auctions in London, UK on October 29, along with a selection of classic cars and a McLaren F1 that sold for £2.5 million - a new world record. Though lacking the quality of many Californian custom cars when seen close up, the Art Cars were fascinating to see, and unlike other custom car creators, Saunders has made almost all of the cars for himself; conceiving and creating the cars without any design process beyond thinking them through and getting his hands dirty in evenings after work.  Each of the cars introduced new themes not evident in their donor designs and, within the context of many salubrious but established classic car designs at the auction, they had a powerful quixotic appeal. So why is he selling them?

Vauxhall launches powerful 1.0 petrol engine

Mon, 17 Feb 2014

OLD-FASHIONED 1.6-litre petrol engines in Vauxhall cars are about to be replaced by a clever new 1.0-litre alternative. The tiny newcomer has only three cylinders, but thanks to a turbocharger it coughs up more power and torque than many normal 1.6-litre equivalents. It’s set to debut in Vauxhall’s funky Adam supermini, although the new engine will be display-only when it emerges at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

Chevrolet has announced that it is building a Corvette Z06 Convertible. In Corvette terms, that’s like Porsche building an SUV – people are going to be upset. But not us.
