New old stock Mickey Thompson Sportsman tubeless 26X8.50-15LT tire.  This is an unusual vintage tire from the 1960s-70s.  Just right to mount on a period wheel and display in your garage, den, man cave, or use it as a points-winning spare in your restored show car.  This classic meat has never seen daylight:  I got it and several other similar vintage muscle car tires from a tire dealership going out of business.  The owner had deliberately collected these from other tire dealers and saved them indoors in his warehouse.  Never been mounted -- as good as it gets.  Get your own special piece of rubber-meets-the-road history

2-ply nylon tread, 2-ply nylon sidewall.

See my listings for other NOS tires from the glory days of muscle cars!  Please also visit my Ebay store for loads of vintage Chevy and other GM parts.

For a start the engine has grown from 3.6 to 4.4-litres, but still retains the twin sequential turbochargers. That means 309bhp (up from 267bhp), while the torque figures climbs from 472lb ft to 516lb ft.
