This auction is for 2 MINT NOS 1965 TRIUMPH motorcycle ads. Not one but TWO.

This Color ad featured all of the Truimph Models for 1965.

These are bi-fold ads that were carefully removed from two different NOS Never Read 1965 motorcycle magazines. The paper these ads are printed on is thicker stock than the standard magazine pages, similar to brochure stock paper.

You will get 2 (two) of these ads so that you can frame the entire ad, meaning all four pages can be viewed in one frame.

If you bought just one ad and framed it you would only see half of the pictures because they are printed back to back.

The color is great on these ads, they really are beautiful and will make a nice piece of art when framed.

The following models are included in bright color in the ad:

T120/R BONNEVILLE ROAD SPORTS

T120/TT BONNEVILLE SPECIAL COMPETITION

TR6S/R TROPHY ROAD SPORTS

T100S/C TIGER 100 COMPETITION TROPHY

T100S/R TIGER ROAD SPORTS

T20 TIGER CUB ROAD MODEL

T20S/R TIGER CUB ROAD SPORTS

T20S/C TIGER CUB COMPETITION SPORTS

The bottom of the ad reads:

OTHER MODELS AVAILABLE - 6T THUNDERBIRD, TR6S/C COMPETITION SPORTS, T20/J JUNIOR CUB, T120/C BONNEVILLE COMPETITION SPORTS

In the folded position, each ad measures 8 1/4" wide X 10 7/8" tall.

Unfolded each is 16 1/2" X 10 7/8", so 2 ads together will measure 16 1/2" wide X 21 5/8" tall.

A nice size for framing and displaying on your wall.

Once again, these ads are not just in nice condition for their age, they are NOS and in the same condition they were when the left the printers almost 48 years ago.

These will be shipped with a cardboard sleeve for protection.

There are tiny staple holes in the crease because the were the centerfold of a vintage magazine.

I also have a 1965 BSA AD that is simalar to this Triumph AD. Please check that out too.

I also have NOS CYCLE Magazines from 1964, 1965 and 1966 in my other auctions.

I do offer combined shipping if you buy more than one item.

Note: The shipping cost stated in this auction is for the lower 48 United States ONLY, If you live in Hawaii or Alaska the shipping cost will be $5.00. No shipping to outside the USA.

Bentley Zagato GTZ – back in production

Fri, 19 Feb 2010

The Bentley Zagato GTZ is back in 'Production' It’s now two years since Zagato announced they were building the Bentley GTZ, a Zagato-bodied Bentley Continental GT Speed. They made the announcement at the Geneva Motor Show back in 2008 and we later discovered that they were intending building just nine cars, each of which would cost a barking mad £850,000. But despite the announcement that Zagato were going to build nine Bentley GTZs, it looks like only one or two were made.

Jaguar Project 7: It’s an F-Type R with the DNA of a D-Type (video)

Wed, 10 Jul 2013

Jaguar Project 7 (pictured) is an F-Type R with D-Type Styling We did wonder, when Jaguar revealed they were taking a one-off design study of the new F-Type to Goodwood this week if it would be the first look at the Jaguar F-Type R. Well, it is, but with a big twist. Yes, the Jaguar Project 7 – for that is what Jaguar has called this one-off F-Type – is an F-Type with the 542bhp version of the Supercharged V8 the other performance Jaguars get.

Chevrolet Bids Farewell To Europe

Thu, 05 Dec 2013

AMERICAN car giant General Motors has made a surprise announcement that from 2016 its Chevrolet brand will be no more in Europe. The company has stated that it wishes to concentrate on long established brands Opel and Vauxhall instead. All is not lost, as GM will keep what it says is its ‘iconic’ models such as the Corvette, while the firm intends to focus attention on its traditional American luxury brand Cadillac ahead of a greater European push in the next few years.
