Striking new Kia concept for Frankfurt
Mon, 19 Aug 2013It wouldn’t be a motor show without a wild and outlandish concept car from Kia and it looks like the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September will be no different. Kia has announced details of the as yet unnamed concept that “hints at a possible future B-segment contender ready to take on the urban environment with style and tenacity”. It’s also said to be “playful but gutsy, sturdy yet impish” – so could it be a small crossover?

If today's minivans are an integral part of our daily lives, this Peugeot 204-based H4 should be placed back in its original context in the early ‘70s, when this monovolume architecture still belonged to science fiction. Its dimensions are comparable to a Renault Modus although it's shortened by 140mm.

"I have personally chosen the models that now form part of the ‘Special Cars by Pininfarina' collection to give to car fans like myself the chance to live the Pininfarina legend to the full," said Pininfarina Group chairman Paolo Pininfarina.
