This a a New Old Stock Distributor Cap that is still sealed in the original old style tin can carton.  It is correct for 66 through 72 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, ZL1, COPO...Chevelle LS6...Corvette L88, LT1...Nova SS...Impala 427.  May be correct for other applications as well.  The part number is for Hi-Perf with copper contacts.  The cap is sold New as is - it has never been opened.  I have been told that this type of Delco can with the non-painted blue top and bottom is more likely to have a BROWN cap inside rather than BLACK.  I do not know what color cap this is - it has never been opened and I will leave it to the new owner to decide whether to open it up or not.

Tesla Model S accused of unintended acceleration

The National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration received a complaint on Tuesday for the unintended acceleration of a Tesla Model S. We haven't heard much of that term since the large Toyota recall in 2009. Before that it was with Audi in the 1980s.

Government checks Ford sedans for gas pedals trapped by floor mats

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is looking into reports of accelerator pedals being trapped by floor mats in the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan sedans. NHTSA says its probe covers about 249,000 cars from the 2010 model year. There have been three complaints about pedals being trapped by all-weather floor mats.
