New but old stock item. Has been sitting around for a while and box has obviously been opened. Still has protective wrapping around the grille frame and front screen. I bought this last year as a replacement for my '87 300D but sold the car a few months ago and don't need it anymore. Will fit all W124 chassis from 1986-1993 before the facelift of the hood. Made by EZ-Ziegler Carparts in Germany which is better than most aftermarket URO brand grilles you'll find here on Ebay though they are cheaper but will most likely experience fitment problems.
