This was uncovered in a former dealership attic and still has the original punch card attached. It is in unused condition but will need cleaned and or blasted due to 40+ years of attic dust. Volkswagen has unveiled its new CrossBlue SUV concept at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Developed specifically for the North American market, if it makes it into production it will sit above the Tiguan and below the Touareg in the VW SUV range. The CrossBlue was designed in Germany under the leadership of VW Group's head of design Walter de'Silva and Klaus Bischoff, the VW Brand's head of design in close co-operation with Volkswagen of America.

Duesenbergs sweep honors at Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance

Two of the 29 Duesenbergs on display at the 16th Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance took the Best in Show honors on Sunday at the gathering in north Florida. The Amelia Island concours awards two top honors, one for sporting cars and one for elegance. Harry Yeaggy's 1935 Duesenberg SJ Speedster, also known as the “Mormon Meteor,” won Best in Show Concours De Sport, while Helen and Jack Nethercutt's 1933 Duesenberg SJN Arlington Torpedo Sedan was awarded Best in Show Concours De Elegance.

Bob Lutz is not a man who can be contained within 140 characters. This past weekend he spoke at the Petersen as part of the Inside the MotoMan Studio series, hosted by friend of Autoweek George Notaras (past events have been with Ralph Gilles and Derek Jenkins). Lutz talked at length about his childhood in Switzerland, early memories working for Ford and Chrysler, the time he swayed BMW management away from building Mercedes-like luxoboats, and what Lee Iacocca was really like behind closed doors.
