I'm cleaning out the garage. Up for sale is NOS offy offenhauser 1952-63 Ford 215 223 Hot Rod finned Valve cover. Please note, this is for a 223, however I was told it also fits the 215 with minor modifications. So if your buying this for a 215 please double check to make sure it will fit before bidding. I expect to be paid in full within 5 days after the auction ends. There are no hidden or extra fee's, below are my notes. Manifold $140.00 Shipping $30.00 E charges $20.00 P charges $10.00 Total $200.00 I will try to get this shipped out without within 1 working days time. However sometimes if its really hectic at work and I can't get away it can take a few days. If your in urgent need of this part and do need it shipped within that 1 working days time please let me know. Weekends none of my local shipping places are open. So if you purchase something on a friday at 3 pm or weekend, please keep in mind, no one will be around for me to ship it until monday. I will accept returns if you have a valid issue. If you buy valve covers from me that are painted chevy orange and you don't think they are the "correct" chevy orange and want to return them for that sole reason, that is not a valid issue and wouldn't fall under the terms that you can return the item. If you have a issue and want to return the item, you must notify me within 14 days of the auction end date. If you have any questions, concerns, want additional pictures, etc, all this should be addressed before you buy the item. On all returns you are responsible for shipping expenses to send the item back and wouldn't be reimbursed for that. Everything returned needs to be returned in the same box it was shipped in and packaged the same as I shipped it to you. If a item being returned becomes damaged in shipping it back to me, because you packed it incorrectly/different then I did, you would be responsible for all damages and the expense to repair the damage would be deducted from your refund. On all returns the item returned must be in the same condition I sent it to you in. |

Even though this is now a well-known car that’s been previewed a dozen times at events around the world (including the 2006 Goodwood Festival of Speed and 2005 Pebble Beach) it still drew a big crowd for the official launch; and when the silky red cover was drawn off, there were still an audible gasp from audience, despite the familiarity. Shown in white with dark grey alloys and a deep tan interior, the Spider is an achingly beautiful car – a stunning, proper, drop-dead drop-top, arguably even more sensuous and dramatic than the 8C Competizione coupe that preceded it.

Alfa MiTo TwinAir arrives
Mon, 16 Jul 2012Alfa Romeo has bolted the 875cc TwinAir engine from the Fiat 500 in to the MiTo to produce a congestion charge busting new MiTo. The new Alfa Romeo MiTo TwinAir is a logical move by Alfa to produce a MiTo with green credentials but which still offer a decent drive and a dose of fun. In the Fiat 500, the TwinAir engine is a bit of a hoot, sounding a bit like a cross between a lawnmower and a 2-stroke and with bags of character and lively to boot.
