been in parts room for 30 years. this is the original first issue part number. no mirror mount, lever ball is black rubber coated. this fits the earliest rm100 rm125 rm250 bikes 1975 1976 1977 and you'll have to look but possibly tm models but you have to check that. I did see this number 57300-28310 show up in the tm100 tm125 parts listings.
