LAST PRICE DROP. You are bidding on one pair of original NOS license plate frames from the infamous Harry Mann Chevrolet dealership in Los Angeles. These were given to the original owner by Frank Milne, the owner of the Harry Mann dealership, just prior to the dealership's closing in the late '70s. The prior owner of these plates used to ride his bike around the H. Mann parking lot when he was a kid! I'll include his letter to me attesting to their authenticity (see extract in photo).
